One counter. Clear prices. Freight when you need it.
Western Building Materials, LLC is a distributor of PVC pipe, fittings and valves based in Salt Lake City, Utah.
You can pick up at our counter at 2885 S 300 W, send your own truck to our dock, or have us arrange freight. Small orders buy from the public price list with no minimum. Larger orders move to wholesale tiers.
We keep the process short. Look up a part, see the price, build a quote list, and send it to us with your ZIP code. If a part is not on the site, ask. We answer by phone or email.

One materials list for the job, picked up at the counter or sent by freight.

Resellers buy on wholesale tiers. Homeowners and small buyers use the public prices.

Counter, freight, public prices, wholesale tiers
Pick up or ship
Pick up at our Salt Lake City counter with no freight charge, or have us arrange freight. Freight is billed at carrier cost on its own line.
Start with public prices
Items on the price list show a price on the site, or say Ask for price and we quote them. No minimum order.
Move up to wholesale tiers
Open a wholesale account and order $750 or more at a time. Price columns step down at $2,500 and $7,500. We email your wholesale price list as a PDF.

Plain terms, written down
Clear public prices
Prices on the site are per piece, in US dollars. Pipe is priced per stick. Prices do not include sales tax or freight.

Wholesale prices depend on your order total and nothing else. Every wholesale customer pays the same price for the same part, wherever you are located and for pickup.
How wholesale works →Freight on its own line
Freight is never built into a product price. We bill the actual carrier cost as a separate line, the same way for every customer.
Shipping and will-call →Plain return terms
Change-of-mind returns within 30 days with our OK, for full unopened cartons. Defects and our shipping errors carry no restocking fee, and we pay the return freight.
